| Our Story BonCoeur means Willing or Good Heart in French, and seemed to aptly fit the two breeds that my husband, Jim, and I love and care for deeply. We occasionally breed, but are more interested in showing in conformation, obedience, tracking, agility, and pointing dog hunting test. When we do breed it is always with structure, temperment and working ability in mind. |

Originally the Tervuren were my breed and the GWP's his, but over the past 15 years this has somehow changed and we co-own several dogs together now and are very supportive of each others activities. Jim is an AKC judge for all levels of Pointing breed hunting tests and I usually try and accompany him on all his judging assignments as well as the trials he is entered in for himself, and unless working weekends he can usually be found around the show grounds with me either walking dogs, chatting with friends, or cheering me and all of our friends on at ringside. I occasionally judge matches for both the Herding and Sporting Groups and hope someday to be able to become an AKC judge for both of these groups. Sincerely, | |
