On Level One and Two there is an ALLTEL activation fee of $99.95 for month to month contracting. However, this fee will be waived upon the activation of a One Year ADSL agreement.
ADSL Lite has an activation fee of $25.
A Speedstream Efficient 5200 bridge, specifically designed for ADSL, is needed. The bridge is available through ALLTEL. The cost is $99.95 or FREE with signed one year agreement for ADSL service.
