Showcase/CSOnline Representative would ask the student if they would
like to place a billable service call with a Computer Showcase/CSOnline
Technician.

Support for general hardware problems that can be handled via the
phone:
- video
- keyboard
- mouse
- hard drive
- network card
- monitor
- printer
- scanner
Calls are limited to a maximum of 15 minutes per issue. Beyond
this, time is billable at $40.00/hour billable in 15 minute
increments. High-end technical questions will be referred to the
respective manufacturers.
Software Support:
General support for:
- Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP
- NT Workstation
- Microsoft Word/Excel/Works
Calls are limited to a maximum of 15 minutes per issue. Beyond this
time is billable at $40.00/hour billable in 15 minute increments.
High-end technical questions will be referred to the respective
manufacturers.
