  • MS Application Support
  • Virus/Spyware
  • Internet Browsing

Calls are limited to 15 minutes per call/per incident.  After 15 minutes of support, the Computer Showcase/CSOnline Representative would ask the student if they would like to place a billable service call with a Computer Showcase/CSOnline Technician.

PC Support:

Support for general hardware problems that can be handled via the phone:

  • video
  • keyboard
  • mouse
  • hard drive
  • network card
  • monitor
  • printer
  • scanner

Calls are limited to a maximum of 15 minutes per issue.  Beyond this, time is billable at $40.00/hour billable in 15 minute increments.  High-end technical questions will be referred to the respective manufacturers.

Software Support:

General support for:

  • Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP
  • NT Workstation
  • Microsoft Word/Excel/Works

Calls are limited to a maximum of 15 minutes per issue. Beyond this time is billable at $40.00/hour billable in 15 minute increments.  High-end technical questions will be referred to the respective manufacturers.
